III. CONCLUSION

Rehearing is denied because no legal error has been demonstrated.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that:

1. Rehearing of D.02-06-077 is denied.

2. The amount of reparations ordered should be $5,493,600, instead of $5.5 million.
