I. Summary

Adir International Export Ltd dba La Curacao (Applicant) seeks a certificate of public convenience and necessity (CPCN) under Pub. Util. Code § 1001 for authority to provide limited facilities-based and resold local exchange telecommunications services. Applicant was previously authorized to provide limited facilities-based and resold interexchange services. By this decision, we grant the requested local exchange authority subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.
