On March 16, 2004, the Commission issued Decision (D.) 04-03-041, modifying D.03-06-072 and denying rehearing of that decision, as modified. Attachment "A" was inadvertently omitted from the D.04-03-041. Therefore, pursuant to the authority granted in Resolution A-4661, this order shall correct that error. Contained herein, together with this order correcting error, is D.04-03-041 with Attachment "A"1 and Commissioner Kennedy's dissent.
IT IS ORDERED that:
1. Attachment "A" is attached to D.04-03-041 by this order.
This order is effective today.
