Comments on Draft Decision

The draft decision of the Administrative Law Judge in this matter was mailed to the parties in accordance with Public Utilities Code § 311(g)(1) and Rule 77.7 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure. Comments were filed by Pacific on November 27, 2000, and reply comments were filed jointly by ORA and The Utility Reform Network on December 4, 2000.
