VI. Comments on Proposed Decision

On August 9, 2004, the principal hearing officer's proposed decision addressing the proposed settlement was filed with the Commission and served on the parties in accordance with Section 311(d) of the Public Utilities Code and Rule 77.1 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure. No comments were filed on the proposed decision.
