The prehearing conference in this matter was held on January 28, 2003. San Luis Obispo Mothers for Peace filed its timely NOI on February 26, 2003. On April 9, 2003, Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) Cooke issued a ruling that preliminarily found San Luis Obispo Mothers for Peace to be a customer under the Public Utilities Code, subject to the provision of additional information.1 San Luis Obispo Mothers for Peace filed its request for compensation on June 17, 2004, within the required 60 days of D.04-05-055 being issued.2
