V. Tariff Filing Implementation

Within ten business days of the effective date of this decision, SCE, PG&E, and SDG&E shall file compliance advice letters to add county and municipal water districts' self-generation to the applicability of their CG CRS Tariffs as set forth in this decision. The advice letters implementing the CRS pursuant to this decision shall be effective on filing, subject to post-filing review for compliance by the Energy Division.
