OPINION LEAVING GENERAL ORDER 77-L AS ADOPTED AND DIRECTING LARGE UTILITIES TO PROVIDE INTERNET SITE-LINKS TO SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION REPORTS

Summary

General Order (GO) 77-L will not be amended and remains in effect as originally adopted in August 2004. Tier I Utilities (those with over $1 billion annual operating revenue) are directed to include in all future GO 77 reports an internet site-link to all publicly available documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that relate to executive compensation.
