8. Comparison Exhibit
On July 8, 2005 Apple Valley and ORA jointly filed Ex. 20, a Joint Comparison Exhibit, summarizing the final estimates of both parties, inclusive of all stipulations and other item-by-item agreements. Thirty-one specific "resolved issues" are itemized.11 Based on the whole record, the agreed-to forecasts are reasonable and are adopted in this decision. We have reviewed the exhibit and find it is consistent with the record, and we can reasonably rely on it for this decision.
