XVIII. Comments on Alternate Proposed Decision

The alternate decision of President Peevey was mailed to the parties in accordance with Pub. Util. Code § 311(g)(1) and Rule 77.6 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure. Comments were filed on December 8, 2005 by The Utility Reform Network, Western Power Trading Forum, the Commission's Office of Ratepayer Advocates, and Aglet Consumer Alliance. No reply comments were filed. To the extent changes were necessary as a result of the filed comments, they were made in the body of this order.
