II. Parties to the Transaction

FreedomStarr is a California corporation with its principal place of business located at 8730 Sunset Boulevard, West Hollywood, California 90069.¹ By Decision (D.) 97-10-077, FreedomStarr was granted a CPCN to resell interexchange services. By D.03-08-026, it was authorized to provide limited facilities-based and resold local exchange telecommunications services.

AmericanFone is a California limited liability company. Its principal place of business is the same as FreedomStarr's. AmericanFone is not authorized to provide telecommunications services in California or any other jurisdiction.
