OF CONTROL OF AMERICAN FIBER NETWORK, INC.
TO MOBILEPRO CORP.

Summary

This decision grants the application of Mobilepro Corp. (Mobilepro) and American Fiber Network, Inc. (AFN) (U 6343 C) for a transfer of control of AFN to Mobilepro pursuant to Pub. Util. Code § 854.¹
