OPINION AUTHORIZING CALIFORNIA WATER SERVICE COMPANY
TO IMPLEMENT A LOW-INCOME RATEPAYER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

1. Summary

California Water Service Company (CWS) is authorized to implement a Low-Income Ratepayer Assistance (LIRA) program, along with related tariff schedules, in all 24 of its ratemaking districts, effective January 1, 2007. This proceeding is closed.
