12. Comments on the Alternate Proposed Decision

The alternate proposed decision of Commissioner Dian Grueneich in this matter was served on the parties in accordance with Pub. Util. Code § 311 and Rule 14.3 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. Comments were filed on September 10, 2007 by PG&E, SCE, SDG&E, TURN, CCC, CARE, CalWEA, IEP, CAC/EPUC and the County of Los Angeles. Reply comments were filed on September 17, 2007 by PG&E, SCE, SDG&E, TURN, CCC, CalWEA, IEP, and CAC/EPUC. The final decision adopted by the Commission has been revised, as appropriate, to reflect these comments and reply comments.
