Inflation - The parties agree that the inflation factors set forth in the February 28, 2006 memo attached to Exhibit 22, DRA's Report on Region II Results of Operations, should be used, as should the "Established Factors" set forth in the decision adopting the Rate Case Plan, D.04-06-018.
