(Verizon), SureWest Telephone (SureWest), and Citizens Telecommunications Company of California, Inc., dba Frontier Communications of California (Frontier). 2
Applicant, a North Carolina limited liability company requests authority to operate as a limited facilities-based provider of local exchange services within the service territories of Pacific, Verizon, Surewest, and Frontier.
Applicant's principal place of business is located at 4521 Sharon Road, Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, 28211.
