5. Motions

Throughout the course of the proceedings there were numerous motions filed and ruled on by the ALJ.  In particular, many motions for Party Status were granted in rulings made over the course of the proceeding.  If there are any motions for Party Status that have been filed and not yet ruled on, they are granted.   Any other motions filed in this proceeding to date that have not been the subject of a separate ruling or specifically addressed in this decision are deemed denied.
