Evidence at Hearing

At hearing, CPSD presented its evidence through the testimony of four witnesses, all of them CPSD employees. AT&T California and Verizon did not appear at the hearing or submit any evidence. Complainant, through counsel, cross-examined all witnesses and questioned the legal sufficiency underlying the disconnections. Complainant presented no witnesses. The Commission received six exhibits into evidence.
