RESOLUTION T-16899. Voluntary revocation of Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity held by 10 companies. _________________________________________________________________

The Telecommunications Division (TD) recommends that these requests for revocation be granted and that the companies' Utility Identification Numbers be cancelled. TD has determined that the companies have paid all surcharges owed.
This is an uncontested matter in which the resolution grants the relief requested. Accordingly, pursuant to PU Code Section 311 (g)(2), the 30-day period for public review and comment is being waived.
Each of the above companies has submitted a letter or an advice letter to the Commission requesting revocation. There is no reason to deny this request since these companies report that they have no customers and there are about 1,000 long distance and 300 competitive local carriers authorized to do business in these markets.
1. The companies on the above list were certificated by the Commission in the indicated markets.
2. The companies requested by letter or advice letter that their CPCNs be revoked.
3. The companies' CPCNs should be revoked and their Utility Identification Numbers should be cancelled in cases where they hold no other CPCNs.
THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that:
1. The Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity granted to the following companies are revoked:
