Applicant has submitted certain financial information, including financial statements and bank statements of Applicant's company president, in support of this application. This information is proprietary and sensitive. The information, if revealed, would place Applicant at an unfair business disadvantage and would constitute an invasion of the company president's privacy rights in his personal financial documents. We therefore order that this information shall be filed and maintained under seal.
