Discovery

At the PHC, there was discussion regarding turnaround for discovery. We will follow the general rule of 10 working days to respond to data requests, which will apply to all parties. If a longer response time is required, the party preparing the response shall so notify the requesting party and indicate when the response will be sent. Such notice should be as soon as possible, but no later than 10 days after receipt of the request. If parties have discovery disputes they are unable to resolve by meeting and conferring, they should raise these disputes with the Commission pursuant to Resolution ALJ-164.
