PacifiCorp
Inspection and Maintenance Programs
California 1999
The attached sheets demonstrate the status of 1999 Inspections, Conditions found and Corrections in the state of California for PacifiCorp owned facilities. PacifiCorp has four districts in California: Tulelake, Alturas, Crescent City and Yreka/Mt. Shasta.
All inspections were completed in 1999 for Urban & Rural Patrol, Detail and Intrusive inspection types. The attached Inspection sheets break down the inspections into three categories: Poles, Street Lights and Equipment. The information includes the type of equipment, the plan for each inspection category and the actuals of the inspection plan.
Conditions found by the inspections were rated as either A or B priority, A priority requiring more immediate action. All A priority conditions found by the inspections have been corrected, with the exception of 95 in the Yreka/Mt. Shasta district. The A priority conditions will be corrected by the end of 2000. The remaining B priority conditions will be corrected by the end of 2000 or 2001, depending on the date found. The attached Condition workpapers breakdown the conditions into four categories: number of conditions found in 1999; 1999 conditions corrected as of June 20, 2000; conditions currently outstanding, and the final date outstanding conditions will be corrected by.
Dated in Portland, Oregon this 30th day of June 2000.
