SBC Issues 5 Through 10: Dark Fiber, Interoffice Facilities, Local Switching, Call-Related Databases, Signaling, and AIN

During the course of the arbitration, parties came to agreement on language pertaining to SBC Issues 5 through 10. XO proposed language from the Illinois Amendment, and SBC agrees with XO's proposal. The final agreement should incorporate the language pertaining to these issues as agreed to by SBC in its Reply Brief.
