PARTIES

The parties to this Settlement Agreement are the California Public Utilities Commission's ("Commission") Office of Ratepayer Advocates ("ORA"), and San Diego Gas & Electric Company ("SDG&E") (hereinafter referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Settling Parties").
