Procedural Background

A draft decision in this proceeding was listed as item CA-14 on the Commission agenda of October 22, 1998. However it was held pending issuance on December 17, 1988, of Order Instituting Investigation (OII) 98-12-012, our generic review of water and sewer charges at mobilehome parks (MHPs) and multiple unit residential complexes (multi-unit apartments). Ordering Paragraph 11 of the OII stayed this proceeding until a decision issued in the generic review. Accordingly, in Decision (D.) 99-03-006, we extended the twelve-month timeline for resolution of the complaint.
