INTERIM OPINION CHANGING SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA GAS
COMPANY'S BALANCING ACCOUNT PROTECTION FOR
NONCORE REVENUE RISK TO 100 PERCENT
This decision establishes an interim order changing the balancing account protection for noncore revenue risk for Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas) to 100 percent effective from January 1, 2003, until a decision issues in SoCalGas' Biennial Cost Allocation Proceeding (BCAP).
