QUALIFYING FACILITY AVOIDED COST POSTING

FOR SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY

Summary

This decision adopts in part the emergency motion by Southern California Edison Company (SCE) to implement a provisional qualifying facility avoided cost posting for September 2000 and future months. This is a temporary action designed to preserve the rights of all parties while the Commission considers the merits of a petition to modify the avoided cost posting formula.
