Comments on Alternate Draft Decision

The draft decision of the ALJ in this matter was mailed to the parties on May 6, 2003 in accordance with Public Utilities Code Section 311(g)(1) and Rule 77.7 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure, and comments and reply comments were filed.

In response to the comments of the parties, the alternate draft decision of Commissioner Michael Peevey was prepared and mailed to the parties on June 26, 2003. Interested parties may comment on the alternate draft decision as provided for in Rules 77.6 and 77.7.
