Summary

This case is dismissed by reason of failure of Tim Garcia and Murlene Garcia (complainants) to prove any wrongdoing on the part of Pacific Gas and Electric Company (defendant, PG&E). The electric meter installed at complainants' residence on June 4, 1999, was not proven to be inaccurately registering complainants' electrical consumption.
