7. Comments on Draft Decision

Pursuant to Rule 77.7(f)(6) of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, the otherwise applicable 30-day period for public review and comment could be waived. However, we are allowing 30-days comment on the decision because it does not award the requested compensation in full to WEM and because Edison has contested the request.
