Comments on the Draft Decision

The 30-day public review and comment period otherwise required by Pub. Util. Code § 311(g)(1) may be shortened by stipulation of all parties, pursuant to Section 311(g)(2) and Rule 77.7(g). The parties to this matter having stipulated to a shortened public review and comment period, the period is reduced from 30 days to 14 days.
