Comment period on Alternate

Pursuant to Rule 77.7(f)(9) the Commission reduces the comment period to May 11, 2001 because PU Code section 1701.1(a) requires that on an appeal of categorization "the Commission shall render its decision" within 30 days of filing. The first appeals were filed on April 13, 2001 and the 30 day period expires on May 14, 2001, prior to the regular comment period on alternates. No reply comments will be taken.
