III. Flexible Budgets

The utilities have provided budgets for the individual MA&E studies and we have altered them as necessary. We recognize that the budgets may change as the scope of the studies change and as the studies progress. Thus, we authorize the utilities to shift funds up to 20% from the authorized amounts, as necessary, with appropriate justification reported in the Quarterly Reports.
