XIII. Ex Parte Communications

This proceeding is subject to Rule 7, which specifies standards for engaging in ex parte communications and the reporting of such communications. Consistent with that rule, for as long as this proceeding is categorized as "quasi-legislative," parties may communicate with decision-makers and are not required to notify other parties of those communications.
