Summary
North San Diego County Transit Development Board (NCTD) requests authority to install automatic signal warning devices to enhance safety of existing concrete in-station pedestrian at-grade crossings at various locations, as more fully described in Applications 01-05-005, 01-05-006, 01-05-007 and 01-05-008 all within San Diego County. Because they raise related factual and legal issues, the applications have been consolidated for decision-making purposes (Rule 55).
