11. Comments on Draft Decision
The Draft Alternate Decision of Commissioner Geoffrey F. Brown in this matter was mailed to the parties in accordance with Pub. Util. Code § 311(g) and Rule 77.6(d) of the Rules of Practice and Procedure.83 In order that this matter can be considered at the Commission's meeting on November 18, 2005, we require that comments be filed no fewer than seven days prior to the Commission's meeting on November 18.
