III. Summary

Many of the modifications requested by SCE, SSJID, PG&E and IEP were well taken, and as set forth herein, were granted. Other suggested amendments to D.04-12-048 were deferred for further resolution either to other proceedings or to some time in the future. In general, modifications that were denied were denied because the Commission determined that they had been thoroughly vetted in the underlying proceeding and had already been considered, and rejected. However, the IOUs will be involved in a LTPP proceeding for 2006, and any issues that need further consideration can be viewed again, or anew as appropriate.
