B. Discussion

The assigned Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) has communicated with the applicants to determine if there was any reason that the application should not be dismissed or withdrawn. Counsel for the applicants responded by letter that they had "no objection to withdrawal and dismissal of the `Petition by GTE Mobilnet of California Limited Partnership and GTE Mobilnet of Santa Barbara For Limited Modification of Resolution T-14607,'" dated September 22, 1992. Therefore, this application should be dismissed.
