OPINION

Introduction

This decision is issued pursuant to Conclusion of Law (COL) 2 of Decision (D.) 98-04-012 in which the Commission indicated it would consider, on an industry wide basis, whether competitive directory assistance (DA) providers are providing adequate service. The Commission made this determiniation in disposing of Complaint (C.) 97-04-062. We also address in this decision issues raised in D.99-08-028 regarding Pacific's obligations to make available to third parties DA listing information obtained from a national database vendor.
