PEAKING RATE

Summary

This order establishes a cost-based peaking tariff for customers in Southern California Gas Company's (SoCalGas) territory. This tariff will apply to customers who bypass SoCalGas's transmission and distribution system by using an interstate pipeline for baseload requirements, but need SoCalGas for peakload service.
