Resolution E-3732: Guidelines for Processing Advice Letters for Projects not Requiring Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity or Permits to Construct During Energy Supply Emergencies Declared by the Governor of California

SUMMARY
This Resolution establishes a procedure through which utilities subject to General Order (GO) 131-D may reduce the time between the filing of an informational advice letter concerning proposed energy transmission and distribution facilities for which a certificate of public convenience and necessity or permit to construct is not necessary and the date construction may begin, during energy supply emergencies declared by the Governor of California.
