Schedule

The preliminary schedule is set forth below. This schedule will be discussed at, and further refined following, the first PHC on May 5, 2004, at 10:00 a.m., in the Commission Courtroom, State Office Building, 505 Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco. This proceeding will conform to the statutory case management deadline for ratesetting matters, set forth in Pub. Util. Code § 1701.5, and the assigned Commissioner will provide more guidance on this point in the Scoping Memo to be issued following the PHC.
