ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE'S RULING
SETTING PREHEARING CONFERENCE AND ESTABLISHING
A TEMPORARY SERVICE LIST
This ruling sets a prehearing conference (PHC) in the above matter for Tuesday, January 17, 2006, at 11:00 a.m., in the Commission Courtroom, State Office Building, 505 Van Ness Ave., San Francisco, CA. A temporary service list to the proceeding is attached. A permanent list will be established at the PHC.
The purpose of the PHC is to discuss:
1. The status of the parties to this proceeding;
2. Identifying the issues in dispute;
3. Whether these issues can be resolved through mediation;
4. Whether an evidentiary hearing will be necessary and, if so, the location and schedule for briefs and hearing dates;
5. Establishing a permanent service list to the proceeding, and;
6. Any other procedural issues.
Parties desiring expedited or daily transcripts should advise the Chief Hearing Reporter by telephone at 415-703-1473, by January 10, 2006.
IT IS RULED that a prehearing conference is set for Tuesday, January 17, 2006, at 11:00 a.m., in the Commission Courtroom, State Office Building, 505 Van Ness Ave., San Francisco, CA 94102, for the purposes described above.
