ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE'S RULING
ADMITTING EXHIBIT 5 INTO THE EVIDENTIARY RECORD
Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) has provided information, via e-mail to the service list, which is relevant to the pension settlement agreement. On May 12, 2006, the assigned ALJ notified parties of the ALJ's intent to admit PG&E's e-mail into evidence as Exhibit 5. The ALJ also asked that any objections to Exhibit 5 be submitted no later than May 15, 2006. There were no objections.
Therefore, IT IS RULED that Exhibit 5 is hereby marked, identified, and admitted into the evidentiary record for this proceeding.
