IV. Relevant Sections of the OII

Two sections of the OII are particularly relevant to this controversy.

Ordering Paragraph 4 states at page 25 in relevant part: "The staff will be subject to discovery relating only to the specific violations alleged in this order or any others that it may advance."

Footnote 1 at page 2 states: "During the same period, CSD has investigated numerous other [Edison] accidents where violations were found, but were not directly related to the accidents, or there was not sufficient evidence available to CSD staff to establish a violation."
