Investigation on the Commission's own motion into the operations, practices, and conduct of Qwest Communications Corporation (Qwest), U-5335-C and its wholly owned subsidiary, LCI International Telecommunications Corporation, doing business as Qwest Communications Services (LCIT), U-5270-C to determine whether Qwest and LCIT have violated the laws, rules and regulations governing the manner in which California consumers are switched from one long distance carrier to another and billed for long distance telephone services.

(1) FOR THE GREENLINING INSTITUTE AND LATINO ISSUES FORUM TO SUPPLEMENT THEIR REQUEST FOR INTERVENOR COMPENSATION AND (2) FOR RESPONSES TO THE INTERVENOR COMPENSATION REQUESTSummary
This ruling provides that the Greenlining Institute and Latino Issues Forum (Greenlining/LIF) shall supplement their December 23, 2002 Request for Intervenor Compensation (December 23 request) with respect to information concerning Christopher P. Witteman (Witteman) no later than Friday, January 31, 2003. This ruling also provides that parties responding to Greenlining/LIF's Request for Intervenor Compensation shall do so no later than 30 days after Greenlining/LIF have supplemented their December 23 request.
