ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE'S RULING
MODIFYING SCHEDULE
On August 13, 2001, Commissioner Duque issued an Assigned Commissioner's Ruling establishing the schedule and scope of the Valley-Rainbow proceeding. On August 16, 2001, counsel for San Diego Gas & Electric Company (SDG&E) and the Office of Ratepayer Advocates (ORA) contacted me to discuss the possibility of modifying the adopted schedule. At my request, SDG&E initiated a conference call amongst the parties in order to develop a recommended schedule. SDG&E, the California Independent System Operator (ISO), Southern California Edison Company (SCE), ORA, Save Southwest Riverside County, California Alliance for Utility Safety and Education, Utility Consumers Action Network, the City of Temecula and the Domenigonis participated in the call.
On August 17, 2001, counsel for SDG&E forwarded a revised schedule to me indicating that it represented a consensus of the parties participating in the call. After consulting with Commissioner Duque's office, we will modify the schedule as set forth below. The revised schedule will be adhered to as closely as possible.
