ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE'S RULING
SETTING PREHEARING CONFERENCE

This ruling sets a prehearing conference (PHC) in the above-entitled matter for Tuesday, June 14, 2005, at 11:00 a.m., in the Commission Courtroom, State Office Building, 505 Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco, California 94102. The Commission's Office of Ratepayer Advocates filed a timely protest to the subject application on May 2, 2005. The purpose of the PHC will be to identify the parties and their positions, address issues to be considered, determine a procedural schedule, establish a permanent service list, and discuss other preliminary matters, including electronic service of documents.

Pursuant to Rule 6.2 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure, PHC statements may be submitted and should be filed and served no later than June 6, 2005, using the attached temporary service list (Attachment A).

IT IS RULED that:

1. A prehearing conference (PHC) shall be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2005, at 11:00 a.m., in the Commission Courtroom, State Office Building, 505 Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco, California 94102.

2. PHC statements may be submitted and shall be filed and served not later than June 6, 2005 on the attached temporary service list.
