Summary
Pursuant to Article 2.5 of the of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (Rules), 1 and following a prehearing conference (PHC) held on March 22, 2005, this ruling sets forth the scope, schedule, and procedures for Phase II of Order Instituting Investigation (I.) 03-01-012, addressing the issues raised by The Utility Reform Network's (TURN) Motion for an Investigation into Pacific Gas and Electric Company's (PG&E) Billing and Collection Practices (Investigation) and the Assigned Commissioner's Ruling granting TURN's motion issued on February 25, 2005 (ACR). The ACR consolidated the Investigation with I.03-01-012.
