Conclusion

For the reasons set forth above, we deny Joint Applicants' application to review the shared and common cost markup and shared transport rates. Joint Applicants may, if they choose, submit a new application for review of UNEs at the next appropriate opportunity for reexamination, which, according to D.04-09-063, is no earlier than February 2007.
